I will use excel, r, tableau to analyze your data needs

My Analysis process is as follows:

1. Understanding what the client wants and what they need in terms of improving their business.
2. Gathering the relevant data, ideally would be provided from customer database but no worries if you don't have one, I can find data from similar companies form the web and analyze them to find meaning which can be applied to your company.
3. Cleaning data i.e. making sure the data is relevant, well organized, does not contain outliers and so on.
4. Using tools such as Excel and R to analyze the data in order to find meaning
5. Presenting my findings using visuals through dashboards(Tableau) and easy-to-read charts with R Studio.
6. Discussing the findings with you to see how you can start applying them to your business in order to improve KPI's such as revenue, customer retention etc.
