• Improved the reliability of Unikrew’s facial liveness detection service, which we deployed at NADRA for national level identity and verification use cases, including the Pak Identity app and the e Sahulat app. I ran large scale load, and stress tests across our production AWS environment and NADRA’s on premise setup, identified key concurrency bottlenecks, tuned the service stack, optimized NUMA settings on the underlying hypervisor, and validated the improvements through repeatable benchmarks so the platform could scale smoothly for nationwide traffic. • Led a cross cloud cost optimization exercise spanning AWS, Azure, and MongoDB Atlas. I audited resource usage, cleaned up unused services, right sized compute, storage and optimized Atlas configuration including shard sizing, index usage, backup retention, and network egress. The combined changes cut the monthly bill by about 50 percent within two months. • Wrote an automated deployment tool for on premise installs that handles package downloads, container image retrieval, cluster setup, and product deployment. The tool enforces consistent configuration, removes manual steps that used to fail, and reduced the average deployment time from multiple days to under one hour. • Set up a complete observability stack using Grafana Alloy, Prometheus, Loki, and Linkerd. I created production ready dashboards, meaningful SLO-based alerts, and service level views the team could use immediately for troubleshooting. This improved visibility across the platform and reduced the time needed to identify and resolve issues. • Engaged in day to day production troubleshooting and worked daily with enterprise clients on escalations, root cause analysis, and mitigation plans, ensuring follow through until service levels were fully restored.
