Selling to customers in Ukraine? Under Article 27 of Ukraine's language law, websites of companies providing goods and services in Ukraine must have a Ukrainian version, and it must open by default and be no smaller than other language versions. The Language Ombudsman can issue fines.
Many foreign and local brands still open in Russian or English by default, which also costs trust with Ukrainian customers.
