- Built an end-to-end traffic-ticket processing pipeline — OCR + LLM data extraction, automated lease/customer matching, card billing via Stripe, and multi-party notifications — operating at 98% accuracy and eliminating manual matching, billing, and transfer-form work for the operations team. - Shipped a maintenance-receipt extraction system: upload → LLM-based field extraction → automatic matching to vehicle and service records in PostgreSQL, replacing manual data entry for fleet operations. - Rebranded and rebuilt the customer-facing portal in Next.js/TypeScript, shipping the new UI without service disruption while coordinating with a small engineering team. - Implemented payment flows (card billing, webhook callbacks, idempotent reconciliation) across both the customer portal and internal operations tools. - Worked across the stack: Prisma schemas on PostgreSQL, Next.js API routes, file-upload pipelines for vehicle photos and documents, and transactional email/SMS notifications.
