Architected and built TQC Command Center, an AI-powered sales calling platform for a US final expense insurance agency. What I built: - Custom Python-coded AI voice bots for inbound and outbound calling, trained on real sales conversations to qualify leads, handle objections and close, capturing 60+ fields of structured lead data live on every call - Retell and Vapi integrations for voice infrastructure, connected directly to the CRM so every call ends with a complete, enrollment-ready record and zero manual data entry - ViciDial and Asterisk telephony with real-time supervisor whisper coaching, letting managers coach agents mid-call without the customer hearing - n8n workflow automation for lead routing, retention feeds and follow-ups - An AI learning loop that ingests call transcripts, extracts the patterns behind closed deals and turns them into structured sales playbooks, improving the bots over time - A clear path for the platform to evolve from AI copilot to fully autonomous agent Delivered production-grade systems with full technical documentation and staging test plans for every integration.
