Objective: The client, MODA APARTMENTS, was seeking a sophisticated and modern brand identity to launch their new residential complex. Their primary goal was to appeal to a target audience of young professionals and families seeking high-end, contemporary living spaces. The logo needed to convey a sense of elegance, simplicity, and trust, while also being versatile enough for use on physical signage, marketing materials, and digital platforms. Challenges & Solutions: The main challenge was to create a logo that felt both luxurious and approachable, standing out in a competitive real estate market. To achieve this, I focused on a minimalist and clean design approach. I chose a sleek, sans-serif typeface to represent modernity and architectural precision. The use of a simple, monochromatic color palette (black and white) was a deliberate choice to ensure the brand felt timeless and sophisticated. This also guaranteed that the logo would be highly legible and adaptable across various backgrounds and applications, from business cards to large-scale building signage, as shown in the mockups.
