What formats are available?
I will provide 1080p (1920X1080 pixels) size video in .mov format unless otherwise instructed. For videos larger than five gigabytes, delivery will be via dropbox.
What sound speed do you use?
Currently we have adopted the one native to our camera, 48 kHz and 16 bit.
Can I get me video faster than five days?
Well, we have decided to not offer it as a gig extra. But if you do need it faster, please let us know and we will let you know if we can do it.
Is sound important in a video?
Sound is at least 50 per cent of your message, maybe a lot more. That is why we don't skimp of quality. We use professional microphones like the Sennheiser 416 and double system sound recording. You can hear the difference. So can your customers.
