Architect Level 2 (Senior / Intermediate Architect – 7+ Years Experience) Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs from concept, schematic, design development to construction documents Produce and review architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details Coordinate closely with Structural, MEP, and BIM teams to ensure integrated design Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and client requirements Support and guide junior architects and BIM staff Review and approve drawings before Issue for Construction (IFC) Participate in design meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors Assist Project Architect or Design Manager in design decisions and problem solving Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM-based workflow) Solid understanding of construction methods and materials Experience with design coordination and multidisciplinary projects Good communication and leadership skills Experience in preparing tender and construction documentation Experience Level: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural design BIM Engineer (Senior – 7+ Years Experience) Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and/or MEP disciplines Lead BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools Prepare and implement BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for projects Control model quality, Level of Development (LOD), and data consistency Generate construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models Provide BIM support to design and construction teams Coordinate BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects Mentor junior BIM engineers and modelers Required Skills & Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Strong knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and coordination processes Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination High attention to detail an
