With Complaint Management System for DMA softlab radiusmanager, manager can open tickets based on users issue "category wised" and assign this to a technician with labeling it as open, pending or closed. On the other hand user can also open ticket.
With Technician Panel, a technician can open a ticket, can close a ticket too. Technician will have separate login panel.
With SMS Integration "SMS API is not included", an SMS will be sent to the user and a technician with information regarding newly opened ticket.
