My name is Md. Muhaiminul Islam Jillu. I am a professional garment pattern maker with over 13 years of experience in the apparel industry. I specialize in 2D pattern making, pattern grading, and 3D garment development using CLO3D. I have experience developing patterns for various garments, including dresses, jackets, outerwear, T-shirts, shirts, joggers, and more. I can create accurate patterns from your ideas, sketches, or reference images. I work with industry tools such as Gerber AccuMark, Optitex, Lectra, DXF, AI, and PDF to deliver production-ready patterns.

What do you need from me to start the grading?
Please send your base size pattern file (DXF/PLT/AI/PDF) or Gerber file, size chart/measurement spec, grading rule (if you have), and seam allowance info. If you have a tech pack, that’s perfect.
What files will I receive?
You will receive graded patterns in DXF and PDF format. Printable PDF can be delivered in A4 / A0 / US Letter. I can also provide a ZIP folder with all outputs organized.
How many sizes are included in each package?
Basic: 1 size step / simple grading Standard: 3 sizes set (example S-M-L) Premium: Full size range (example XS–XXL) Extra sizes can be added using Gig Extras.
Can you grade patterns for any garment type?
Yes. I can grade patterns for T-shirt, polo, hoodie, jacket, shirt, pants, shorts, and outerwear. If your style is complex, please message me first for confirmation.
Do you include seam allowance and pattern annotations?
Yes, I can add seam allowance, grainline, notches, drill holes, labels, and basic pattern info (as required). Please tell me your factory standards.
Will you check the pattern after grading?
Yes. I always do a quick verification to ensure the grading is consistent and the pattern remains balanced. If you need 3D fitting check in CLO3D, please contact me.
