First time I ordered I had to fix some issues but it was a quick turnaround. Second time I ordered, file was so bad when I tried to explain the issues so he can see and familiarize himself with my machines best settings. I wanted to fix/add to the file but instead claimed it was a problem with machine...

the digitizing was spot on. Even better than expected - my single needle machine was able to run at a faster speed. The files was not dance, so it was less stress on the machine - I’m very satisfied & will choosing them for my next project. 🙂
