The system includes an employee database, automatic salary and net pay calculator, deductions (tax, pension, NHIF, NSSF, loans), overtime and allowance tracking, a professional printable payslip, and monthly and annual summary reports — all in one Excel file.
Do I need Excel skills to use this system?
No skills needed at all. The system is built for non-technical users. You only enter basic information like employee names, salary, and working days — everything else is calculated automatically. I also include a simple user guide with every order.
Which version of Excel does this work on?
The system is fully compatible with Microsoft Excel 2016, 2019, 2021, and Microsoft 365 on both Windows and Mac. It does not work on Google Sheets, but I can create a Google Sheets version for an additional fee if needed.
Can you customize the system for my country's tax rules?
Yes, absolutely. I can customize the tax brackets, pension rates, and deduction rules for any country. Please message me before ordering and share your country's payroll rules so I can build the system accurately for you.
How many employees can the system handle?

What if I need changes after delivery?

How will you deliver the file to me?
