What is your revision policy?
I offer 1 free revision up to 50 words. For shorter projects (30 -60 seconds) I will offer a few initial takes for you to choose from. I will revise any work after the free revision for an extra fee. If I have made errors, I am happy to fix them for free. Further change of copy requires extra fee.
Do I need commercial rights for my phone greeting?
Commercial rights are required for any public use for your business, this includes telephone greetings and IVR in general.
What is script proofreading and do I need it?
English as a second language? I can look over your script for an extra fee and revise it for fluent, grammatical English before I record to make sure it sounds correct. If you are concerned your script doesn't read well to an English-speaking audience, I would recommend this.
How does script generation work?
For an extra fee, you and I can collaborate on your message which I will write and produce.
Can you add background music?
YES!!! I can choose the music or give your some resources to pick your own. All music is royalty free.
Will the file be compatible with my telephony system?
I upload the files to be ULAW and Cisco compatible on request. If this doesn't work with your system, I am committed to continue to work with you until it does!
When can I expect delivery?
I generally record in the afternoon on weekdays and as soon as possible on the weekends. I live on the pacific coast of the US.
Do you offer Fast Delivery?
Yes! By request only (via chat) and as long as I can make it happen. It will be an extra fee of $15.

Pacific time zone in the USA. UTC/GMT -8
