I will create an excel preventive maintenance tracker for your equipment fleet

Are breakdowns, missed services and scattered records costing your fleet uptime?

I am a Mechanical Engineer with 12+ years in heavy equipment and mining fleet service (Volvo CE, Komatsu, CAT). I create preventive maintenance plans, checklists and Excel trackers that work on real sites, not just on paper.

What I can deliver:

- Preventive Maintenance Plan (PM Plan) with 250/500/1000 hr service schedule

- Equipment Maintenance Checklist and Inspection Report

- Excel PM Tracker with automatic Overdue / Due Soon alerts

- Service Log, Breakdown Log and Engine Replacement Log

- Live KPI Dashboard: MTTR, MTBF, Availability %, downtime

- Maintenance Report in Word and PowerPoint (Premium)

Suitable for mining, construction, quarries, rental fleets, excavators, dump trucks, loaders, drill rigs and gensets.

Recently delivered a 3-site PM system for a 193-unit mining fleet.

Works in Excel and Google Sheets. No macros, easy to use.

Please message me before ordering with your fleet size and service intervals, so I can customize it for your operation.
