Handling for 360 Recruitment for Manager for Executive level, supervising 5 Business Developer / Marketer. Building brand of the company from Internal and external. From Internal aspect is providing Training for Recruitment Consultant such as digging up information about candidate’s capability, job’s knowledge, client’s Product Knowledge, and client’s businesses. And from external aspect is introducing all OS Selnajaya Indonesia services such as Headhunter, Outsourcing, background checking, legal, translation, human resources consultant, and Visa services to onshore and offshore; attend chamber of commerce, exhibition, seminar, door to door. Conducting market research also view changes in the world economy to set new plan and strategy. Responsible for P&L of Headhunter and Outsourcing Department. Developing new business and Conduct business partnership (mutual benefit). Succeeded Develop Chinese market, Italy Market, America Market, overseas market, and Local Market. Succeed received 52 orders in 6 Months.
