During this experience, I participated in the management and optimization of the company's databases for storing and processing information. My role primarily involved ensuring the organization, reliability, and security of the data. Main responsibilities: Designing and maintaining relational databases. Creating and managing tables, queries, and relationships between data. Using SQL and VBA to extract, modify, and analyze information. Regularly backing up and securing data to prevent loss. Providing user support for data usage and troubleshooting technical issues. Contributing to improving database performance.

As part of organizing a week-long seminar, I designed and implemented a Microsoft Access-based management application to centralize and structure event-related information. This application aimed to facilitate participant management, registration tracking, and the organization of the seminar's various activities. Key achievements: Design of the database structure to organize participant and organizer information. Development of a Microsoft Access application to centralize seminar data. Implementation of a system for monitoring registered members and tracking registrations. Organization of information related to the various seminar activities and sessions. Assignment and management of tasks according to different organizational levels (coordination, logistics, etc.). Creation of forms and queries enabling quick access to and updates of data.
