Yes. I use Movie Magic Budgeting to create professional film budgets with a top sheet, detailed accounts and line items. Editable Movie Magic files are included in Standard and Premium.
What do you need from me to create an accurate budget?
Your screenplay, shooting location, target budget range if known, expected shoot days, union status if applicable, and any cast, crew or production assumptions already decided.
Can you budget both short films and feature films?
Yes. I budget shorts, features, documentaries, pilots and indie productions. Package selection is mainly based on script length and project complexity.
Can you use union rates and fringes?
Yes. Where applicable, I can account for union rates, fringes, payroll costs, insurance and other production assumptions based on your project and shooting location.
Do I receive an editable Movie Magic file?
Standard and Premium include the editable Movie Magic file. Basic includes the finished PDF budget unless an editable file is added separately.
Can you deliver my film budget within 24 hours?
Yes for many projects, depending on script length and complexity. Please message me before ordering a rush delivery so I can confirm availability and scope.
Can you work with an existing budget?
Yes. I can rebuild, update or refine an existing budget when the source information is usable. Send the current file before ordering if major restructuring is required.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover reasonable changes to agreed assumptions. A major script rewrite, new shooting country, large budget change or completely different production model may require an extra.
