What information do you need to get started?
Please send your website URL, a short explanation of the issue, and WordPress login details. If hosting access is required, I’ll let you know. The more details you share, the faster I can fix it.
How long does it take to fix an issue?
It depends on the complexity. Small fixes are usually done within 24 hours. Bigger or technical issues may take 1–3 days. I’ll always give you a realistic timeframe after reviewing the problem.
What does the Basic Gig package cover?
The Basic package covers one small fix, such as minor CSS edits, text changes, or simple layout adjustments. It’s not meant for major errors or complex troubleshooting.
What if I don’t know what the problem is?
No problem at all. Just send me your website link and explain what’s happening. I’ll check it and let you know what the issue is and which package fits best.
Do you work via remote software like TeamViewer or AnyDesk?
In most cases, I work directly from WordPress and hosting access. Remote software is usually not required.
Will fixing my issue affect my existing content or design?
No. I focus only on the problem area. I always try to keep your design and content intact unless changes are required to solve the issue — and I’ll inform you first.
Can you fix issues caused by themes or plugins?
Yes. Many WordPress problems are caused by theme or plugin conflicts. I regularly fix these types of issues and make sure everything works properly again.
Is my website safe when I share access?
Yes. Your information is kept private and used only for the purpose of fixing your website. I recommend creating temporary access if you prefer extra security.
Can you fix hacked or malware-infected websites?
Yes, I can clean malware and secure your website. For serious infections, please message me first so I can review the situation before you place an order.
Do you offer refunds?
If I’m unable to fix the issue after proper investigation, I will discuss the situation honestly and follow Fiverr’s refund policy. Your satisfaction is important to me.
