They were able to take my idea and an example source and create exactly what I needed. They even provided a pre-colored version for review before they moved on to coloring and shading. If you are looking for someone to do 90's style anime art for you this person would be a great candidate.

The lack of communication was outweighed by the fantastic talent!! Although the illustration is not to my vision or desired ‘Feel’ it is a WONDERFUL piece that I am very happy with. This illustrator will surprise you with their direction, but in the end, I promise they will deliver something both spectacular...
