I have worked as an Excel / MIS Executive with the Ref Team at Kwality Walls for two years, where I handled operational, breakdown, and preventive maintenance data using Microsoft Excel and supported day-to-day reporting requirements. My responsibilities included maintaining detailed technician records, managing service call data, and preparing accurate daily and monthly MIS reports for operational tracking and management review. I regularly performed data cleaning, sorting, matching, and validation to ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple datasets. By effectively using advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and Excel tables, I converted raw and unstructured data into clear, structured, and meaningful reports, which helped reduce manual effort and reporting errors. I coordinated closely with technicians and team members to collect correct data inputs, ensured timely updates of records, and consistently delivered reports within deadlines, supporting smooth operational monitoring. Through this role, I improved data accuracy, strengthened reporting efficiency, and developed a strong attention to detail and accountability in handling critical operational information. In addition to this, I have one year of hands-on experience in stock market trading, where I practiced intraday trading using basic technical analysis and risk management principles while maintaining Excel-based trade tracking sheets to record entries, exits, profit and loss, and overall performance. This experience further enhanced my analytical thinking, numerical accuracy, and disciplined approach toward data analysis. Overall, my combined experience reflects strong practical exposure to Excel-based MIS reporting, data validation, and analysis, along with a proven ability to manage operational data efficiently, support informed decision-making, and continuously improve Excel skills in real-world environments without reliance on coding or VBA.
