About Brand: Ottawa Deck Pro is a leading deck builder in Ottawa, specializing in custom deck construction, composite and PVC decking, aluminum and glass railings, and complete outdoor living solutions. My Role: Serving as Digital Content Creator and Strategist for all available social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok. A. Content Creation: 1) Tweak and post a pre-recorded video every day, formatted for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. 2) Each video must follow the Ottawa Deck Pro content calendar themes and scripts provided, or include suggested alternate scripts aligned with the brand tone. 3) Videos must be vertical (9:16), edited with captions, branded watermark/logo, and follow pacing guidelines (0–5s hook, etc.). 4) Video footage must be original or use approved royalty-free elements. B. Static Posts: 1) Design and deliver 2 static posts per week, including graphics, quotes, carousels, or infographics that reflect the brand’s identity. 2) Ensure consistency in tone, color palette, layout, and messaging.

I partnered with Boasystemz to develop and deliver a fully customized HeyGen LiveAvatar tailored specifically to their business needs. My goal was to create an interactive and intelligent AI assistant to streamline their interview and presentation processes. Here are my key achievements during this project: 1. Custom AI Training: I trained the LiveAvatar using a targeted knowledge base that included the company's background, specific interview questions, and assessment criteria to ensure the AI responses were smart and accurate. 2. Seamless Interview Integration: I generated a direct web link that allowed job candidates to participate in real-time, 2-way voice interviews using just their browser's microphone and camera. I also ensured that full text transcripts were available on the HeyGen dashboard for easy review. 3. Webinar & Presentation Setup: I successfully configured the avatar to co-present and answer questions during live webinars on major platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. 4. Reliable Tech Support: I provided dedicated post-project troubleshooting and support to ensure the entire system operated flawlessly.

They provide precision seamstress services focused on altering garments to deliver a perfect, personalized fit for their clients. My Role: Served as Social Media Manager and Digital Content Creator for Instagram and Facebook. A. Content Creation: 1) Produce 5 reels per week (approx. 20 per month). 2) Produce 8 carousel posts per week (approx. 32 per month). 3) Content must align with Joseph Tailoring’s services: ✔Alterations (bridal, prom, casual, zippers, etc.) ✔Custom suits, shirts, pants ✔Dry cleaning B.
