What do I receive exactly?
You get one assessment invite link built from your job description. When a candidate completes it, I send you their detailed report. You share the link; I send the reports.
Does the delivery time include all candidate reports?
No. Delivery time = your assessment link is ready. Reports are sent after each candidate finishes (they may take longer than the delivery window).
How many candidates are included?
Basic: up to 10 · Standard: up to 25 · Premium: up to 50.
What is the difference between MCQ and AI Interview?
MCQ = multiple-choice skills test. AI Interview = conversational AI interview.
What do you need from me to start?
Your job description, preferred language (English, French, or Spanish), and for Standard/Premium whether you want MCQ or AI Interview.
Do you source or contact candidates for me?
No. I create the assessment and reports. You share the link with your candidates.
