During my tenure as a Design Engineer at DMS Company, I specialized in transforming complex mechanical concepts into high-precision 2D and 3D SolidWorks models, consistently delivering production-ready assets for industrial applications. My experience centered on the end-to-end development of automated machinery—similar to the facial tissue packing systems showcased in my portfolio—where I managed large-scale assemblies, performed rigorous interference detection, and executed motion studies to ensure mechanical synchronization. I gained extensive expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA), specifically optimizing components for CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding to reduce material waste and production costs. My role required a deep command of GD&T standards to produce flawless technical drawings that bridged the gap between engineering and the shop floor. By successfully navigating hundreds of design iterations and structural analyses, I developed a reputation for technical reliability and a "zero-error" approach to prototyping, ensuring that every digital model I deliver is fully optimized for real-world functionality and streamlined manufacturing.
