At Americana Group, one of the region's largest F&B groups, I progressed from Data Analyst to Assistant Manager in FP&A, Revenue Management & Advanced Analytics, turning manual, Excel-based finance and marketing processes into automated, decision-ready systems. I built live Power BI dashboards on Microsoft Fabric pipelines and advanced DAX that cut reporting time by 99%, developed a machine learning-driven Average Check Dispersion Model in Python to optimize bundle pricing, and led the creation of a Promotion Review and Analysis Tool that cut promotional cycle time by 50% while ensuring regulatory compliance. I drove end-to-end promotion and discount analytics across brands, countries, and channels, managed the monthly P&L close with a 100% on-time record, and architected a web-based AI conversational analytics tool that let marketing teams query sales, margin, and promotional performance in natural language, removing the need for analyst intervention entirely. Throughout, I translated complex Excel models into scalable software by working directly with finance, marketing, and engineering teams.
