Do I need to have a paid account on Make (Integromat), n8n, or Zapier?
Yes, you will need your own account. For simple workflows, the Free plans often work, but for heavy usage or premium apps (like QuickBooks or Shopify), you may need a paid subscription. I can advise you on the best plan for your needs during our chat.
What do you need from me to get started?
I will need a clear description of what you want to achieve (e.g., "When a lead comes in via Webflow, add them to Airtable and send an email"). I will also need login credentials or API keys for the specific apps we are connecting.
Can you connect apps that are not listed on Make.com or Zapier?
Yes! As long as the other platform has an open API documentation, I can use the "HTTP Request" module, Webhooks, and JSON parsing to connect almost any tool to your workflow. Please select the Premium Package for custom API work.
What happens if the automation stops working?
I build workflows with "Error Handling" to prevent breaks. However, if an API changes or something breaks within 7 days of delivery, I will fix it for free. For long-term maintenance, we can discuss a monthly support retainer.
Do you work with n8n self-hosted or cloud versions?
