Third phase with Sara and the quality hasn't dipped once. She rebuilt our CRM field structure and document automation, tested everything before asking us to sign off, and flagged issues proactively before they became problems. Communication is fast, clear, and patient with plain-English explanations. Already moving to the next phase with her.

Phase 2 of our ongoing Pipedrive build, delivered cleanly. Sara set up our lead capture system, the website chatbot and web form, with smart routing that automatically sends buyers and sellers into the right pipeline. Clear communication throughout and she walked me through everything via video.
