Currently, I am responsible for supervising the entire workflow of the printing process in my organization, starting from design development to final printing and finishing. First, I communicate with customers to clearly understand their design requirements. Based on their needs, I create the design and prepare the final print-ready output files. After that, I generate CTP plates and hand them over to the press machine operators with proper instructions. During the printing process, I closely monitor the production to ensure that the printing quality and colors match the specified Pantone standards. Machine operators first show me a printed sample, and production begins only after I review and approve it. For certain print jobs, we use an X-Rite device to measure and verify color accuracy before starting full production. I also determine the appropriate type of paper to be used for each specific design and printing job. After printing is completed, the quality control section submits the printed materials to me for final quality inspection, and I check them to ensure they meet the required standards. To maintain efficiency and quality, I have trained workers in each section and developed skilled team members who can perform their tasks accurately and professionally.
