We use a multi-channel sourcing approach — LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Bdjobs (for Bangladesh-based hiring), professional networks, and our own firm's candidate database built over years of HR practice.
Q3: How many candidates will I receive?
Basic: 5–10 screened candidates for 1 role Standard: 15–20 screened candidates for up to 3 roles Premium: 30+ candidates for 5 or more roles with full pipeline delivery
Q4: Will you handle the full interview process?
We provide interview consulting — this includes structured interview questions, evaluation scorecards, and hiring recommendations. We do not conduct interviews on your behalf unless discussed separately.
Q5: How do you deliver the final output?
All candidate shortlists are delivered in a clean, organized Excel or Google Sheets format including candidate name, contact, experience summary, screening notes, and suitability rating.
Q6: Is my company's hiring information kept confidential?
Absolutely. All job details, candidate data, and company information shared with us is handled with full professional confidentiality — consistent with the standards of our HR consulting firm.
Q7: Can you recruit for remote or international roles?
Yes. We support both local (Bangladesh-based) and remote/international hiring depending on the role requirements. Please mention your preferred candidate location when ordering.
Q8: What if I'm not satisfied with the shortlist?
We offer revisions based on your package tier. If the candidates don't match your requirements, we'll re-source and re-screen based on your feedback at no extra cost within the revision limit.
Q9: Do I need to provide a job description?
Yes, a clear job description helps us deliver the most accurate results. If you don't have one, we can help you draft a professional JD as an add-on service, which you can also offer as a separate gig!
