Implemented the business's first-ever social media strategy, for both paid and organic purposes, with a 51% growth increase in organic following on LinkedIn within my first six months. Ad campaigns also ran across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, with a LinkedIn ad click-through rate of 1.27%, 3x higher than the industry benchmark. Oversaw company development of the WordPress website, continuously updating webpages and creating a full suite of new web content across departments, ensuring SEO-first publication of blog content for distribution across all digital channels. Led the way in generating brand-new video content to reflect the updated brand identity for use both organically and in paid campaigns. Supported C-Suite members in the creation of digital content for prospects and customers, as well as liaising with current subscribers for the creation of video case studies, and establishing thought-leaders within the business for content purposes, such as creating a brand values video with the CEO.
