I will fix amazon IP complaints restricted product authenticity issues

An IP complaint means a rights owner or Amazon flagged your listing for allegedly infringing a trademark, copyright, or patent. It can suppress your ASIN or risk your whole account.

A suspected IP violation is Amazon's own flag. A received IP complaint means a rights owner reported you — more serious. Each needs a different resolution path, which I identify first.

Authenticity needs supplier invoices dated within 365 days. Restricted products need compliance or safety certificates. IP cases need authorization or a retraction. I confirm exactly what's required first.

Yes. IP and authenticity complaints on genuine products are common. The fix is correct documentation — brand authorization, invoices, sourcing records — and a policy-grounded response.

Rejected invoices usually miss key fields — supplier address, product description, or quantity. I identify exactly what's missing and advise how to get a compliant version Amazon accepts.

Yes. A high-severity complaint or repeated violations can trigger full account deactivation and frozen funds. I address both ASIN-level and account-level issues with the same process.
