Marketing collaborations and destination campaigns were examined for appropriate permissions, usage rights, attribution, and ownership. Disputes involving cancelled reservations, payment discrepancies, partner performance, customer complaints, or unauthorized content were assessed according to the underlying transaction. My involvement helped golfscape protect its platform, maintain reliable relationships with golf venues, and expand its booking services while managing the legal complexities of an international leisure marketplace.
