Hi, I'm Ronald, owner of Minute Five. I set up GoHighLevel workflows for small businesses: form-triggered tagging, email follow-up, calendar booking, appointment reminders, internal notifications and tidy CRM organization. I learned GHL by building and running the lead capture, follow-up and booking system for my own sales business, configuring the automations, emails and calendar myself.
