Who pays for the cloud resources?
You do, directly to Microsoft or AWS on your own account, so you keep full control. My fee covers the setup work only.
Can you reduce my current cloud bill?

Do you use infrastructure as code?
On request I can deliver Bicep, ARM or CloudFormation templates so the setup can be repeated.
