My heart beats 808s: They Be Boomin'! I’m ProduSingh aka Millan, trained producer and songwriter with a passion for Hip-Hop and a love for fusing the best of Pop, RnB, Trap and Drill to create new sounds. Obtained a B.A. (Hons) in Songwriting and Production from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and a MMus (Masters) in Music Production from the London College of Contemporary Music.

SHOULD I REMOVE MIXBUS PROCESSING OR SHOULD I LEAVE IT ON?
There should be no limiting, normalising or maximising on the files sent for mastering. If you have used compression to achieve your desired sound, leave it on.
WHAT LEVELS SHOULD I AIM FOR?
You should leave some headroom for me to work with. Ideally, your DAW master fader should be reaching between max peak 3-6db for good practice.
HOW SHOULD I LABEL MY FILES?
A good standard practice for naming your files could be: 1_ArtistName_TrackTitle_Version.wav
