Excel files are not designed for simultaneous multi-user editing. However, if you need team access, I recommend using the Google Sheets Sync Extra. I'll convert the file to Google Sheets, which allows multiple users to view and update stock from different devices in real time.
What information do you need from me to get started?
For the Basic package, nothing—you receive a ready-to-use template. For Standard or Premium, I'll need a list of your products (Excel, CSV, or even a clear photo of a list works). I'll also need your company logo if you'd like it integrated into the dashboard.
Does this system calculate FIFO (First In, First Out) or batch tracking?
The core system tracks total quantities and movements. It does not natively track expiration dates or specific batches (that requires a more complex database). However, if batch tracking is critical for your operation, message me before ordering and I can discuss a custom solution for you.
