Yes. I can review US project drawings and prepare estimates using an agreed pricing basis. Please provide the project location and any required cost data or pricing references.
What do you need to start the takeoff?
Please provide the latest construction drawings, relevant specifications, project location, required MEP trades and any special estimating instructions.
Will you include labor and material costs?
These can be included when the selected package covers them and sufficient pricing information is available. Otherwise, I can prepare quantities separately.
Can you prepare a BOQ in Excel?
Yes. A BOQ or Excel quantity schedule can be provided according to the selected package and agreed scope.
Do you handle residential and commercial projects?
