My first company. A travel business in the Darjeeling region, and the fastest business education I have had. I owned everything: the website, the enquiries, pricing, bookings, hotels, transport, payments, reviews, margins and whether the customer actually had a good trip. Running it is where I learned that a campaign can succeed while operations fail, and that the market is a stricter teacher than any tutorial.
