Communication was fine, but the final delivery fell well short of my expectations. Too many details were missed, the process took longer than expected, and the outcome wasn’t worth the time or money.

Mi and her team did a great job on this task as usual. Images are really catchy. She incorporated a lot of great ideas from her own research. Really appreciate the quality of the work.
