Perguntas frequentes
Need to modify DNS records?
Yes in case we use sendgrid or brevo
Why are my WooCommerce emails not arriving?
Most hosts block or flag the default PHP mail() function. I route your emails through an authenticated SMTP service so order confirmations, contact forms and password resets are delivered reliably.
Which SMTP services do you support?
Gmail / Google Workspace, Outlook / Microsoft 365, SendGrid, Brevo, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Zoho, and your hosting provider's own SMTP.
Will you fix emails going to spam?
Yes. In the Premium package I set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC DNS records for your domain and test inbox placement, so your emails land in the inbox, not the spam folder.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin access. For the spam fix, I also need access to your domain's DNS (registrar, Cloudflare or hosting panel). I can guide you if you're not sure where it is.
What if it still doesn't work?
I test order, contact form and password-reset emails until they arrive. If I can't get your emails delivering, you get a full refund.
