Sobre este Serviço
Your website project, fully managed from kickoff to launch.
Website projects fail for one reason more than any other: nobody is actually managing them. Developers wait on content, designers wait on feedback, deadlines slip.
I step in as your dedicated Website Project Manager and take that off your plate. With a background in both technical SEO and project management, I understand the technical side of what's being built so I catch issues early and keep teams aligned toward one outcome: a site that launches on time and performs.
What I handle:
- Planning, timelines, milestones
- Coordinating developers, designers, writers, SEO specialists
- Task management (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion)
- Client communication & status reporting
- Pre-launch QA (links, forms, speed, mobile, SEO basics)
- Risk & blocker management
- Launch-day coordination & handover
Why work with me:
- Technical background I understand dev/SEO talk, not just tasks
- Clear, proactive communication
- Structured process, not ad-hoc chasing
- Experience with remote, cross-timezone teams
I bring order, accountability, and a clear finish line to your project.

Perguntas frequentes
Do you build the website yourself, or manage the people who do?
I manage the project, coordinating your developers, designers, and content team. I can also flag technical/SEO issues along the way given my technical SEO background, but development itself isn't included unless discussed separately.
What tools do you use?
Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace. I'm happy to work inside whatever your team already uses.
Can you manage an ongoing website, not just a launch?
Yes, Many clients keep me on for continuous management of updates, content rollouts, and maintenance sprints.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short brief on your project scope, current team/vendors (if any), target timeline, and access to your existing task tools (if applicable).
Can you manage developers I hire?
Yes. I coordinate developers, designers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to keep your project on schedule.
Do you write code?
I can collaborate with your development team, review progress, and provide technical guidance. Development itself can be included if agreed separately.
Do you use Agile or Scrum?
Yes. I can manage projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional Waterfall methodologies depending on your workflow.
