I will create workout plans based on your goals and overview of our consultation. I will get in depth about your lifestyle, nutritional habits, medical history, exercise history, etc. I provide workout programs through PDFs or spreadsheets. This way you can edit them as you'd like or base your loads in relation to your compound lift PRs. With the higher packages, I'll provide ongoing support to ensure that you are confident in your plan, exercises, form, and overall progress.

I'm a military veteran and an ISSA Certified Master Trainer. I'm currently back in school to get my Associate's Degree and become a Certified Nutrition Coach. I've been working out in a gym setting for 7 years (bodybuilding/powerlifting) and was also involved in baseball, football, wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and a bit of soccer. I still currently workout on my free time while training others. Max Lifts: Squat 385, Bench 265, Deadlift 515.
