    Extremely polite and makes sure to double-check with you at every stage of the process. They work solely from what you say, so make sure to ask plenty of questions if you want the best design. They answered all of mine clearly, and it came out great. The faster you reply, the more they can work with you (My bad (╥_╥)). Great seller overall.

    Izumi seems to work hard to deliver your "idea" and is very polite at all times. I had no issue with communicating and it was pleasant tbh. The only thing that bothered me was, everything needs to be described in detail, wich is normal, but i was hoping she would add a little of her own flair or something....
