• Lead Media & Communications, overseeing annual planning and successfully managing a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals. • Develop Malik Seeds’ brand visibility and corporate communications materials. • Lead and work with the groups to deliver the program and project-specific communications needs, including printed materials (flyers, brochures, learning publications, infographics), representation of project achievements, and stories on social media channels, websites, and other communication-related products. • Providing editorial support and direction to the program team in developing reports and articles. Writing and editing concise and attractive updates for the website and social media pages. • Serve as a storyteller as well as editor for all content produced by the media and communication team to ensure quality, clarity, consistency, and alignment to Malik Seeds’ mission and vision. • Assist in organizing event management at national and regional levels for the visibility and branding of the organization. • Capturing high-quality pictures and videos of the achievements/success stories of the project and disseminating them through video documentation, case studies, presentation of various programs etc. • Ensure branding for the design and development of materials, messaging, and images required to achieve resource mobilization objectives (e.g., round table discussions, workshops, exhibitions, etc.) and communication campaigns to highlight Malik Seeds’ work and/or create an understanding of specific issues. Also, Monitor the branding of programs. • Orient the colleagues on the organizational visibility, communication strategy & also supervise the work of the vendors/consultants related to the production of communications materials. • Established Malik seeds Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/armseeds) and YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@malikseeds).
