I'm a returning player and we both went through my account helping me work out some teams to focus on and helped explain the newer aspects of the game that I had missed. Would recommend for players at any stage of the game.

Nice guy did take a few days but he made up for it with great advice and future planning he does really take the characters you wanna use into account but does give some suggestions for other characters which is also a good thing
