I will definitely use Meg again. Excellent communication, her effort was above and beyond, and she didn't quit until we learned without a doubt that my laptop won't do what we tried to make it do with Ubuntu. So I'm very happy to KNOW that for sure now! Also, Meg's knowledge of Linux was outstanding....
