No problem! Every project is unique. Send me a message with your requirements, and I'll recommend the best package or create a custom offer that perfectly fits your needs.
What information do I need to send?
Please send your text/content, logo, brand colors, preferred size, and any images you'd like to use. If you don't have images, I'll use high-quality royalty-free stock images that match your design.
What software do you use for design?
I design using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Depending on your package, you'll receive an editable source file in AI, PSD, EPS format, along with print-ready PDF and high-resolution JPG files.
Do you provide text/content for the design?
Yes. If you provide your website, rough content, or a brief description of your business, I'll professionally organize and refine the text to create a clean, engaging design.
Can you provide an editable format?
Yes. Depending on your package, you'll receive one editable source file (AI or PSD,). Canva editable files are also available upon request during the order process.
What file formats will I receive?
All packages include high-resolution 300 DPI JPG and print-ready PDF files (CMYK or RGB). Editable source files are included based on the package you select.
Can I get my design within 24 hours?
Yes. My standard fast delivery is 24 hours. If you need your design sooner, please message me before ordering. I often accommodate urgent requests within a few hours, depending on availability.
Do you support modifications after the project is completed?
Yes. If your order is completed, you can still contact me through Fiverr messages. Depending on the requested changes, we can continue the project with a fair and mutually agreed solution.
What does unlimited revisions mean?
Unlimited revisions cover changes to your selected design until you're satisfied. They do not include creating new design concepts or multiple alternative versions. Additional concepts require an extra order or custom offer.
Do you charge for future modifications?
Simple updates, such as changing text, dates, or replacing an image, are usually free. More complex edits that require significant time or redesign may incur a small additional fee, depending on the scope of the changes.
