•Leading and managing a team in the design and 3D modeling of aerospace vehicle structures customized to specific mission profiles using SolidWorks. •Applying GD&T principles in compliance with ASME Y14.5 standard to ensure precision in manufacturing drawings. •Leading & Executing composite and metal manufacturing processes, including the development of Technical Data Packs (TDPs), Process Sheets, Manufacturing Kits, Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC), and Assembly Plans in other cities. •Collaborating with inter organizational teams to optimize aerospace vehicle designs and other parameters. •Conducting training workshops for both in-house and international clients on design for manufacturing.
