I worked as an Assistant Director in Mold Design at Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, where I was responsible for designing and developing injection molds for plastic products. My work involved analyzing product designs, checking moldability, draft angles, and wall thickness, and finding practical solutions for complex undercuts using lifters and sliders. I also worked on material selection based on the product resin, prepared complete Bills of Materials for mold projects, and coordinated with toolmakers during mold manufacturing. I was involved in troubleshooting mold-related problems and continuously researched and developed solutions for more complex mold designs.
