Built a customer support chatbot for the client that's trained on their own data think product info, FAQs, policies, and website content. It chats with customers 24/7 and handles the everyday questions so the team doesn't have to.

What the client wanted: They were drowning in repetitive support tickets and needed a way to give customers quick answers without hiring a bigger team.

Challenges: Getting the bot to actually sound like the brand and not give generic, robotic answers was tricky. It also had to handle weird, off-topic questions without falling apart. I fixed this by training it on their specific content, hooking it up to a live knowledge base so answers stay current, and adding a smooth handoff to a real human whenever things got too complex.

The result: A chill, always-on assistant that takes care of most customer questions instantly and knows when to tap in a human for the tough stuff.
