What does this proofreading service include? (Korrektorat)
Checking for grammar mistakes, punctuation, spelling, and typing errors. Furthermore, I will highlight unclear passages (without correcting them!). All the changes I make will be tracked (only available in MS Word and Pages). The corrections make up to 1-2% of the initial text.
What does this editing service include? (Lektorat)
All the proofreading services, splitting too long unclear sentences into shorter meaningful ones, editing colloquial phrases, comments on the passages you should work on, suggestions on how to improve some text passages that do not have a good shape. The corrections make up to 5% of the initial text
What does deep editing include? (vertieftes Lektorat)
All services of editing, partial rewriting of unclear, too long, and funny sentences. When booking this service, not only get you my comments but also concrete solutions. Amount of corrections: 5-9% of the initial text. If more text (10% or more) has to be changed, contact me for a rewriting offer.
I am not a native speaker.
Great to hear that you are advancing your writing skills in German! Please, consider ordering my editing or deep editing service. If the amount of work on your text exceeds the usual one, it may be subject to additional costs. If you doubt which service would suit you, do contact me before ordering.
My text was automatically translated via software.
Please, book an editing service. If your text is less than 500 words only, you are allowed to book a proofreading service.
I need a comparison between 2 languages or a quality check of translation.
Please, count the words of both the original and the translation and adjust your order accordingly. Feel free to contact me for more information or a custom offer if you need more assistance. I am sure, I will be able to extend to you my best offer.
Will my text be rewritten (partially or as a whole)?
No. The rewriting of whole texts is out of the scope of this gig. Only minor changes/improvements can be made. Their amount depends on the quality of your text and gig options ordered.
I have a big project but I am not sure if I should choose your service.
Please, do contact me and let us make a test order (approx. 1,000 words or less) to see whether we match each other. I always do my best to satisfy you with my work regardless of the order amount, be it big or small.
Do you help write academic works?
Definitely NO! By taking part in doing someone else's academic work (which will likely be submitted as the student's own work) you are actively taking part in a violation of the integrity code of all schools and academic institutions. I only offer proofreading and editing of the texts written by you

Excellent editing work. The grammar, punctuation, spelling, consistency, sentence structure, readability, and overall flow were improved very professionally. The text now reads much clearer and more polished, while maintaining the original meaning and tone. Thank you very much for the careful and high-quality revision.
